Raw meat

The meat actually is AAA quality beef from Alberta and we never freeze the meat. We try to maintain freshness by serving the meat within two weeks of obtaining the meat.

We measure out a serving by weight but always let the meat be larger than usual simply never smaller. The size of the meat and the dimensions are rarely similar and will be different on every visit.
